Shipping is available to any location in the UK at a flat rate of £3.95.
We aim to dispatch goods within 48 hours, however please allow up to 5 working days for dispatch (unless otherwise stated due to demand or limited supply).
Should you require an item urgently, please contact us prior to placing of the order to ensure stock availability. Any extra shipping fees associated with express delivery will need to be settled prior to processing the order. Failure to contact us prior to placing the order will delay the shipping of urgent items.
Items with high demand/limited stock/out of stock are dispatched on a purely first-come-first-served basis and you be advised as such on the relevant product page.
When shut for holidays we put an “on holiday” sign on the front door/ home page informing of the next available day of dispatch, any orders placed while “on holiday” will be dispatched as possible following return to regular service.
Customers are responsible for all the associated cost of shipping and insurance applicable on all exchanged/replacement items unless an item was dispatch by ourselves in error, in such case the replacement item will be covered by free shipping.
