Shipping costs are based on Royal Mail pricing and are calculated at the checkout. We aim to dispatch goods as fast as possible, usually on the same or next day, but certainly where possible within 5 working days unless otherwise stated due to demand or limited supply. Items with high demand/limited stock/out of stock are dispatched on a purely first-come-first-served basis and you be advised as such on the relevant product page. When shut for holidays we put an “on holiday” sign on the front door/ home page informing of the next available day of dispatch, any orders placed while “on holiday” will be dispatched as possible following return to regular service.
Should you require an item urgently please ensure that you contact us prior to placing of the order to ensure stock availability and that any additional associated shipping fee can be applied prior to the processing of your order ensuring the relevant item will be shipped at the earliest possible convenience. Failure to contact us prior to placing the order will delay the shipping of urgent items.
Customers are responsible for all the associated cost of shipping and insurance applicable on all exchanged/replacement items unless an item was dispatch by ourselves in error, in such case the replacement item will be covered by free shipping.
